Special sourcing
An imported-on-demand product is sourced specifically after the order or sourcing request is confirmed. It may not be physically available in local stock at the time the order is placed.
Confirmation and advance amount
Where an advance payment is required, sourcing normally begins after the required amount has been received and verified. The exact advance requirement shown for the order applies.
Estimated timing
Import and delivery estimates can change because of supplier dispatch, international transport, customs clearance, courier operations and regulatory requirements. Estimated dates are not guaranteed.
Duties, taxes and regulatory charges
If additional government, customs, duty or regulatory charges become applicable to a specific import, the customer may be responsible where this has been disclosed or is required by law.
Cancellations
Once a specially sourced product has been ordered from a supplier or entered the import process, cancellation or refund options can be limited. Contact support as early as possible if you need a change.
