Return and replacement requests
If you receive an incorrect, damaged or materially different product, contact CartnShop.pk support with your order number and supporting photos. Each request is reviewed according to the product condition, category and circumstances.
Health, beauty and personal-care items
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened, used, unsealed or tampered health, beauty, supplement and personal-care products are generally not eligible for a change-of-mind return. This does not prevent us from reviewing a genuine issue such as a wrong, damaged or defective item.
Keep the original packaging
Where a return is approved, the product should normally be kept with its original packaging, labels, accessories and any included items unless support gives different instructions.
Refund method
Approved refunds are processed using an appropriate available method. Processing time can depend on the payment channel and verification required. Courier or service charges may be non-refundable where they were correctly incurred.
Do not send an item without approval
Please contact support before returning a parcel. Unauthorised parcels may be refused or may not be traceable to your order.
